Our cuisine features Shaker-inspired
cooking using fresh ingredients from area
producers as well as many fruits, vegetables,
and herbs grown on the Village grounds.
Beautifully prepared and presented, each
day's featured fare is a feast for the eyes
as well as the palette.
The Shaker Table is the perfect place to
host your next special event. The newly
designed restaurant seats up to 140 people
on two levels. Our menus will charm your
guests with their distinct Shaker style.

The Shaker Table is located within Canterbury
Shaker Village an internationally-known non-profit
museum and National Historic Landmark founded
in 1969 to preserve the heritage of the Canterbury
Shakers. It has 25 restored original Shaker buildings,
four reconstructed Shaker buildings, and 694 acres
of forests, fields, gardens, nature trails, and
mill ponds under permanent conservation easement.
